Had a cash real estate closing here. No regard for customer convenience whatsoever. Asked to come in and sign docs early and they never had them ready. When they sent the preliminary closing statement, I advised the taxes were not correct, Jorge assured me they were. In the final statement 2 weeks later they changed it. I was at their office, an hour from my office, the day before closing and they would not let me sign and that time. They told me Florida is a wet signature state. Never heard that before for a cash purchase on the buyers side. They emailed me the documents prior to closing and the scan was so dirty it was hardly legible. Antiquated systems and procedures.
