I was facing a minimum of 3 years, for Possession of a Firearm also Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon in which the maximum time for both charges is 15 years . However after a bit over two years, just know that Wyndel Darville, had the state prosecutor drop the Aggravated Assault with no jail or prison time.. Attorney Wyndel Darville, will fight for you, without any doubt.

Wyndel and his assistant Cassandra provide superior legal counsel with a personal touch. Wyndel has a calm confidence in his approach that is very reassuring. He is very knowledgeable of the law and was very thorough in protecting my interests. Divorce is not a fun experience but if I ever have to do it again, I will 100% look to Mr Darville to help me navigate through it. He sets the bar high.

Run!!! If you read my other reviews, you'll see that I don't post bad reviews, primarily because I don't want to impact the livelihood of others. But, I want to save anyone else the heartache I've endured with this man. I hired Wyndel to represent my Family member. Biggest mistake ever. At a critical moment in the case, he was once again unprepared, and then, because he was, he gave the worst possible legal advice which caused a devastating outcome. I spoke to him after and his reasoning was all garbage. He even failed to file the proper paperwork, which I let him know after a different attorney told me it was incorrect and that he should have known better. Hiring him was the worst decision I could have made and I will forever live with the regret. All the bad reviews you see, believe them and find a better attorney if you want to win your case or your loved one's case. After I posted this review, Wyndel texted me a horrible and unprofessional text message. I'm considering after thinking about all of this to go to the Florida Bar Association.

Wyndel is the best lawyer in town. I went to him for a divorce with the other party being out of the country (very tricky situation) and he went through the process with me with such ease. After years of trying on my own to get divorced and have full rights over my son, within months it has all been granted because of Mr. Darville. Highly recommend this Law Firm!

For the life of me, I cannot understand how someone could take a position of this nature and not have regard for it. I see recent reviews that are praising all of the traits my family was denied and it baffles me even more. This man is lazy, unresponsive, careless, & extremely untrustworthy. There were very significant details of our case that he had no intent in pursuing, even after we plead with him. His excuse was that he had other cases that required more attention. This man does not deserve to practice law and I would urge anyone reading this to find another source to save yourself a waste time, money, and opportunity for freedom.

I recommend Wyndel (Mr.Darville) to anyone looking for justice and a peace of mind. No matter what the condition or circumstances Wyndel was there with a plan and ready to execute, even in sickness. His associate Cassandra has always notified me with the latest information thought phone calls,text,and email as well as Wyndel has. I never had assertive action and promptness as such. And a place where they treated me more like family then a client. Thank you guys so much for bringing my family back.

Wyndel Darville Is Amazing! Not Only Did He Work Diligently On My Case For Over A Year But He Also Kept My Family Educated And Informed Throughout The Entire Process. He Is Literally An Earth Angel.

Silvia was very friendly she explained what would happen, I called her quite a bit with questions then Adam told me what I needed to know about the court appearance, which he made for me. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, I’ve never needed a lawyer so he was very informative about the process I will recommend him highly

If there was a 0 star option I would give him a 0 star. Not only did he not show up in court leaving me sitting in jail, gave me terrible advice, to plead guilty on one charge knowing full well I would violate on my other charge resulting in me sitting in jail longer and having house arrest as well as probation. I paid him in full, $8,000, He told me and I quote "I am out of the loop" when asking for advice regarding my court date (which he didn't show up for not anyone else on my behalf. You would think a lawyer would have an assistant or paralegal, not Wendell. This has costs me literally 10s of thousands of dollars. The sad part was I really liked Wendell but I guess I misjudged him. I don't want to go on, I could, but today I just completed probation and finally wanted to review his performance. Don't make my mistake there are a lot of other good lawyers. Like Peter Cowen.
