I recently used The Matechik Law Firm to create a last will & testament, durable power of attorney, living will and a revocable trust. Mr. Matechik made sure I understood the process and explained all of the considerations and implications of my decisions. The time from draft to review to signature was quick, communications efficient and the price tag reasonable.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Mr Matechik, Jillian and his entire firm, from the moment we arrived we were treated like part of a family, we had several legal issues to get squared away, revocable trusts, wills and estate planning, all arranged exactly as we wanted, and Matt gave additional advice and suggestions that we did not think of, it was the smoothest process we have ever had with an attorney!! Matt and his staff were extremely professional and explained every process with ease. For anyone in need of legal help that is lucky enough to stumble across this man consider yourself lucky! Wow. Where do I even begin?? So this unfortunately wasn’t my first time in legal trouble or retaining an attorney. However, this was the first time that not only was I satisfied by my attorney, but BLOWN AWAY!! I was incarcerated and the day before my court date my mother retained Andrew Hibbert. He immediately came up to see me in person before my court hearing - letting me know that he was retained and the next steps we were going to take. My process was not an easy one by any means- we were facing many obstacles between a VOP, new charges, and an original charge carrying minimum 4 years. Prison seemed liked the only answer I was going to get, and then only answer/solution the public defender was giving me before this meeting with Andrew. He fought and fought for me for MONTHS- in negotiations with the state attorney, hiring outside investigators and specialists, mental health doctors- the whole nine. Not only was he constantly taking action, but he also CONSTANTLY informed me of what was going on every single step of the way. He would come to see me in jail to give me updates so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering and fearing the unknown. He was in consistent contact with my family on the outside, reassuring them of what was going on and what options we were looking at. Yes, you heard me right… an attorney that ACTUALLY returns your calls and gives you updates without having to constantly harass to try to get ahold of. He actually looks at you as a person, not for the mistake you made. He will fight for you, he cares. He wants the best for you. He will also tell you the truth and how it is. I’ve had attorneys before that would promise me they could do something, take my money, and then not follow through with said promise. It was a money grab for them. Andrew is the opposite of this- he informed me of the real possibilities/realities of what I could be facing- but did promise that even though he could not predict what the outcome could be- with his knowledge, negotiation, skill, and experience- that he thought we had a chance. He literally blew me away with the representation he gave me. I don’t have any words besides THANK YOU, ANDREW! Thank you for taking on this challenge, thank you for reassuring my family and myself through this entire process of everything happening and keeping in contact. Thank you for not judging me by my mistakes, but making it where I have a chance to correct them. THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING FOR ME! Since the first time I spoke with Andrew he has been very prompt and informative about my case. He always made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and explained everything to me.
