If you are in need of an attorney, I highly recommend Joe Soler. After speaking with 20-25 attorneys, none were available or responsive. While visiting Sarasota, my family and I found ourselves in an unpleasant situation where we had to defend ourselves. I contacted Joe Soler on a Friday at 4 pm and he immediately made time to meet with us. Upon meeting Joe, I immediately felt that he was personable and genuine. He took our case as his own and I have never felt as protected by any other attorney. Joe initiated a meeting with officials assigned to our case and ensured that our side was heard, resulting in the case not moving forward. I was sitting in jail with a 3rd DUI after violating my state probation with the exact same charges that put me on probation in the first place, which included a second felony drug Possession charge. I contacted joe he explained to me that I was not in a good situation but was able to keep me calm and I knew that he truly cared about my situation. He was so honest and I knew right away that I could trust him, and was the one to represent 100% I was planning on going to prison or at least be in jail for an entire year but somehow Mr. Solar was able to work his magic.. not only did I not have to go to prison but he was able to get my probation terminated completely with very little jail time served. It didn’t make much sense to me how he made this all possible but it was. If I ever run into legal issues in the future I will know who to call.

Attorney Joe Soler specializes in finding a way to get you the best possible outcome for your case and I strongly recommend him to anyone going up against the Justice System. This is Florida and the Public Defender's Office is over worked and simply cannot give proper representation. The 3 (2 felony drug possession) cases were all DISMISSED, The first 2 being dismissals, and the last being a Nolle Prosequi (thrown out). Thank you Attorney Joe Soler.

Mr. Soler was god send in my time of need. He is professional yet very personable. He stayed in consent contact with me through the whole procedure . He demeanor helped me maintain a sense of dignity and self respect. His phone calls helped easy the fear and uncertainties I had. As educated professional I never dreamed I would be in legal trouble. But ,through my own actions and behaviors, there I was. I was looking at a good amount of prison time. Mr Soler worked diligently on my defense.He worked hard to get several charges wrapped into one count. In the end he got me deal that I could have never imagined. No incarceration, but classes and community hours. Not only did he go over and above in his legal work for me. He went beyond what you would expect of a defense lawyer and made several suggestions that improved my life and how I live it.
