Mr Lail was a God send. My brother was arrested falsely. I spent one whole weekend calling lawyers in Sarasota. Brian Lail was the only lawyer that returned my call. He jumped in immediately and giving advise and assisting in the procedure to have my brother released. This morning (Monday), he did his magic, sending emails and what he need to accomplish the task. He didn't seem like a lawyer but a friend who understood what my family was going through. My brother is home and again I am so grateful for Brian Lail. Recommend him anytime, anywhere. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In trouble get Brian Lail on the phone. When no one answered he will. I know because I contacted 13 lawyer and he was the only one that responded on a SUNDAY afternoon

If innocent find a different lawyer. He pleads everyone out and lies to his clients. He should be disbarred. If I could give him a negative star I would. The most disorganized individual. Since posting he has contacted me and lied again with a “take the review down “ threat etc
