After over a year of back and forth negotiations, failed execution of agreements and a break down in communication, Kelly was referred to me at the last minute. I happened upon some reviews for Kelly Roberts as a bankruptcy attorney in Sarasota, as I was looking. They all sounded great, so I went with it. She was fantastic from beginning to end. Explained everything. Took her time. Was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. She walked me through every step before and as it happened. The process was a lot more simplified and much faster than I expected it to be. The reviews were not wrong. With all that said, I would absolutely recommend Mrs. Roberts. I'm very thankful to have found her.

I was referred to Kelly by a friend and I’m so thankful to have found her. When the pandemic hit I had to change my contract, I had it rewritten by another atty because I was in a rush and didn’t know Kelly yet. After a few months of sending out my updated contract I realized it was not a solid contract for the state of my industry. So that is when I found Kelly and from the first phone call I knew she was the person for the job. She is so well versed in my industry (Weddings/Events), the previous atty was not and man does it make a difference to have someone that knows what they are talking about. She is very easy to talk to and was very honest and upfront about what I needed to update in my contract. She also has the patience of a saint. We did a few rounds of drafts because I’m crazy and wanted to have every scenario in my contract but now I realize it doesn’t need to work like that. She brought me down to reality and really taught me a lot about understanding how contracts work! I intend to keep Kelly around as my atty, she really is the best!!!!!

Ms. Roberts did a phenomenal job in my bankruptcy. She was beyond informative, patient, and very thorough in all the aspects from start to finish. At the time of the meeting with the Trustee, it all went as she had explained.

Our leased facility sustained smoke damage and over the course of 6 months, the reconstruction company and landlord were not sharing the same urgency of us putting the facility back to working order. We hired Kelly from a glowing referral from our corporate lawyer as they did not specialize in commercial leases. What we loved about working with Kelly was that she implemented strategies and generated co-interests among other parties to put pressure on the reconstruction company, landlord and insurance companies to solve the reimbursement issues. Nice to see that a professional strategic concept is so effective.
