I was more than a year into a highly complex case when I learned information that required me to replace my existing attorney. As difficult as that was, replacing my attorney with Mr. Zimmerman turned out to be an amazing gift. We worked very closely together for the next 6+ months against numerous significant obstacles and deadlines, and the more Mr. Zimmerman learned about, and helped discover, the detailed facts of the case... the more he came to not only believe in my innocence, but also relentlessly champion the drive to prove it. As he stated, there is a difference between being found "not guilty," and actually being "innocent"... and he didn’t just come to believe the latter was true, even more than that, he made it his MISSION to prove it was true -- as if the outcome deeply affected him personally (knowing that anything less would have profoundly life-altering negative consequences for my family and me). Indeed, he treated me, and tirelessly sought to protect me, as if I were a close friend or an extended family member (notwithstanding that we'd never met prior to this case, plus the fact that he initially had considerable skepticism about the case based on just the preliminary information). In summary, Mr. Zimmerman made extraordinary contributions and efforts in representing me that well-exceeded the high benchmarks normally associated with even the very best Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated, AVVO highly-rated, or SuperLawyer-rated attorneys (all of which he is). Moreover, it was crystal-clear over time that his collective efforts were not only a reflection of the extremely high professional standards he assigns to himself as an attorney... but also were a reflection of the high ethical and moral standards he assigns to himself as an individual. In my considerable experience, having such equally-high standards on both fronts is something that one rarely encounters. For all of these reasons and more, it is with genuinely great discretion that I give him the highest recommendation. If you find yourself in need of legal counsel, the wisest initial decision you can make is to call Mr. Zimmerman... speak directly to him... and engage him. You will not be able to find a more talented, or caring, or honorable advocate for your defense.

I'm so grateful I used this law firm. I own a glass company in Sarasota Florida that has become very successful, I stay so busy all the time, I had a girl hit me in my work truck and it almost cost me everything I had. Then I found these wonderful people who actually took the time out of their day to help me. They actually care about their clients and not just money. Mark is more than competent in any case that he encounters. Although our case was not a full win (due to various circumstances) Mark fought his tail off and did the absolute best he could. Despite our loss I would still recommend him to anyone that has a need. Very informative, kept communication the entire way and as stated before fought for my fiancee nail and foot. If you are questioning whether or not to hire Mark, don’t question anymore he is the lawyer for you.

I was charged with domestic battery which led to a dependency case. Mr. Zimmerman was able to get domestic battery charge dropped and represented me throughout my dependency case that seemed to last an eternity. Without Mr. Zimmerman I would not have rights to my twin boys, for that I have nothing but gratitude and respect.

I met Mr. Zimmerman the morning of my hearing to have my Temporary Injunction against my husband extended until my divorce is final. He was professional, knowledgable and prepared. He had taken the time to review the case and the restraining order was extended. Without his help, I would be trying to go through my divorce with my husband living under the same roof which was not a good or safe situation.
