Mark handled my divorce he was knowledgeable about the law and helped me not get taken advantage of by my ex-wife.

I just completed my second divorce. (Wish I had met Mark 20 years ago!) I cannot express how qualified and professional Mark Flaherty is. I was dealing with a unique and challenging situation and I felt heard and represented in all aspects. His staff was professional and sensitive to how stressful this process can be. His fees were fair and I highly recommend Mark!!

I found Mark to be a great listener and right to the point with direction and options. He does not waste time and is very fair with billing. His concern was what I needed with genuine advice every step along the way that gave me options to streamline or continue. I always felt like Mark was my advocate during my divorce proceedings. He properly advised me on which legal actions to take and he was always considerate of the cost/benefit of each action. He was always accessible and if he wasn't he promptly returned my emails/calls the same day. During the settlement phase he knew when to be tough and when to negotiate. I can easily say he was the best attorney I have ever hired!
