Took my money to represent me in a foreclosure case, filed one petition to extend the date before my court date, did not send me new loan options from my mortgage company, so I lost chances to refinance at a lower rate, and then when I worked things out on my own with the mortgage company I was refused a partial refund. Later when I tried to set up a time to discuss this with him he ignored my phone calls, emails, and letters for over nine months, until I finally reached out to the Florida Bar Association. He told me and the FL bar that he would give me a partial refund. After the FL bar closed the case he refused to honor his commitment and did NOT give me the refund.

I had a customer/friend in a very unfortunate situation with very limited time left before they would lose their house and be thrown out on the streets by their bank. No one was willing to help or had the for a family in such a desperate situation until Mr. Violette came along. He was referred to me as an attorney that has heart and goes above and beyond to help people and he did just that. When my customers back was against the wall Mr. Violette made time in his busy schedule to meet and help them.
