Marc is a very knowledgeable, personable attorney who was very easy to work with. We had to redo our estate documents. Marc provided great advice and best practices, making this a painless but well informed process. His fee was fair and eliminated the "nickel dime" approach. 5+ rating Being from Alabama, dealing with an estate issue in Sarasota, Florida, seemed quite daunting, until we contacted Marc J. Soss. Marc Soss was a total God send! He looked over our paperwork and immediately and confidently stated The Last Will and Testament presented to us by other family members was, in fact, not valid. After approximately 7 months, he got us a settlement. His fees are more than fair, especially when one considers the professionalism, thoroughness, friendliness and competence displayed by Marc. He is a no nonsense kind of lawyer, with lots of knowledge and energy. He renewed my faith in the system and of attorneys. He proved to be a man of integrity and trustworthiness. I am so appreciative of what he did for myself, my husband and my sister in law. If I could rate Marc with more than 5 stars, I definitely would!! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!

Great job. Very reasonable pricing and great service for all our will and trust documents. Marc turned it all around quickly after my wife and I met him for a comprehensive review of our needs. He gave us options that were helpful, then we finalized everything quickly. I don't think this process should be complicated or expensive and Marc keeps it reasonably priced and simple. I'd refer him to any of my friends or family.

Marc is a true professional ! His is an expert in his field and his knowledge of the Florida Probate Law impeccable. When we first spoke he stated exactly what needed to take place to probate my mother’s estate and as things evolved he was always available to answer questions , provide guidance and advise . I would highly recommend Mr. Soss to handle all legal matters as it pertains to Elder Law , Estates and Probate . During this trying time which extended beyond 1.5 years after my Mother’s passing , I knew I could trust him to do exactly what he stated he would do which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to grieve.
