Has done superb legal work for our 2,750 owners for more than twenty years that I have been president of the board and hired him to do all of our legal work. He is also a very pleasant person which is not all that common for hard working lawyers. You can trust him to represent your organization a, all times.

I have been a client of Michael since 1999 when we purchased our first house on Longboat Key, FL. I became a Florida Realtor in 2006 and continue to refer and use his Firm to close properties for my clients. His staff is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. All of my closings are completed on time and on budget. Most of my clients are from out of state and appreciate the level of communication and service he provides to lead them thru the real estate closing process. Many continue to use him once they come to Florida as full time residents. He has taken many calls helping navigate the turbulent Florida real estate market, as well as being accessible for all legal questions that I have whether they be personal or professional. I would highly recommend Michael Belle. During the search for my home purchase I found a house that was being sold by the owners and had an attorney friend that was going to help them. I am a realtor and have dealt with owners selling their own property so I had no reservation moving forward. Everything was moving along fine until the home did not appraise. At that point I was no longer able to move forward with the purchase and the sellers attorney tried keeping my $20K deposit! It was a horrible situation because the sellers attorney was not performing as the contract clearly states. Michael Belle was able to make several accurate points and finally the sellers attorney gave in after it was clear that we were going to move forward on the points that Mr. Belle set forth. I ended up finding another house with in a couple months and am so happy. Mr. Belle's office handled the closing perfectly with not one challenge.

As all realtors know the most difficult part of our job is "getting the deal closed". For 20+ years Michael Belle has helped me through hundreds of closings. I can always depend on Michael to provide the best possible service to me and most importantly my clients.
