used this company to close on one of my properties. I then initiated a call about placing in a trust which their specialist reached out to me. I got email from her and responded with documents to setup and then she ghosted. Won't return emails or phone calls. Even called main number and said they would have someone else reach out if she isn't responding, still nothing, been a month now. I went with another firm. Poor client experience and zero additional support, never deal with again.

This is a review only of Berlin-Patten Title company. The buyer of my residence used Berlin Patton Title Company. This included all the normal duties of closing and wired of funds to my bank. The title company completed all documents as required, yet no document was completed in a timely business- like fashion. It was a scramble to complete documents due their delays. Only Overnight FedEx’s avoided deadlines. Moreover at Closing this company failed to note that one digit was lacking in the Bank Wiring number, resulting in a afternoon wondering where my funds were and when my funds would arrive. Furthermore,upon noting the error the company did not notify me for hours of remedy until I called late in the afternoon only 15 min before BOA closed for a 3 holiday weekend. My experience with this company was a total worry.

This legal firm is top notch all the way. As previous reviewers have stated; true professionals. The high level of competent, thorough work is matched with a caring attitude that gives great comfort. Brenda Patten stands tall as one of the outstanding role models for this excellent law firm. If the positive rating could go up to ten, consider this a very positive TEN STAR REVIEW.
