Very knowledgeable, great personality and very easy to work with!!

I am single; all of my close family members live long distances from me; and they are very busy with their own lives. And so, when I retired to Sarasota in 2017, I recognized that I needed a trust to make sure that I was taken care of in case of an emergency. I also wanted to make sure that when I passed, my loved ones were not left with onerous tasks related to my estate. I did a lot of research and then interviewed 3 highly-qualified attorneys. Greg was the last person I interviewed, and I knew right away that his practice would be superior to the others. It was clear from the outset, that Greg and his staff would be personable, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to my very specific and detailed wishes and concerns. During the trust design process, they were patient and nimble, whenever I changed my mind. Greg and his staff thoughtfully explained all the important aspects of the trust and made sure that the final draft would be the ideal solution to my needs. I feel so grateful that I discovered the law firm of Greg Kaiser. He and his staff are warm, considerate, helpful, insightful and respectful of deadlines. His fees are very reasonable. Furthermore, it is delightful to interact with him, his assistant Chelsea, and the others in the office. Over the last 15 months I have interacted with personnel in Greg's office at least 15 times: in person, on the phone, and/or in email, and every encounter was productive and pleasant. Greg has a delightful personality and always makes me feel welcome. His keen sense of humor and his caring attitude are ideal for minimizing the anxiety that one might experience with the thought of "what should happen when I die?!" I reached out to the Wills, Trusts, Probate & Elder Law Firm in Sarasota, FL after reading great reviews about them. My dad needed some estate planning and they were great beginning with my first phone call to them to inquire about our needs and the cost. Once we made the decision to retain them, things moved very quickly and efficiently. Gregory Kaiser and his assistant Kat were easy to talk to, professional and paid attention to detail and we had an in-person appointment within a couple of weeks and finalized the documents. As a teacher at high-risk going back to school in the middle of a pandemic I decided to get "my affairs in order" in case a become ill or die. I had no idea what or how to do it so I called Greg Kaiser. He made the process easy and painless. He explained the process and kept things light with his sense of humor. Making a will and other planning documents isn't fun. Let's be serious, it sucks. Thankfully when you talk to Greg his personality lightens the mood and something so unpleasant isn't quite as bad anymore. His office staff are just as personable and man do they communicate quickly! I met with Greg in 2016 shortly after relocating to Sarasota to write a will that meets Florida's criteria. He was extremely helpful to me and very competent. I was very satisfied with the experience. Recently I contacted Greg again about some updates and changes that I wanted to make to my will and formal documents because life is a continuum of change.
