Having retired from a long career in law enforcement, I've formed my share of snarky opinions about attorneys in general. A recent life-changing event necessitated that I work with an attorney to update my estate plan and have a new will drawn up. After much research (I research the heck out of everything before hiring someone), I chose Greg Kaiser's firm, primarily because they seemed to be estate plan specific, and I didn't want just any attorney who "dabbles" in estate planning as an ancillary part of their service. From the beginning, I had a feeling my research would pay off handsomely. It did. I explained my situation at my initial consultation. Greg and his team took a lot of time with me that day. They explained how it all works, they listened well (which is a huge consideration for me), and they delivered what they promised. Mostly though, Greg and his staff won my trust. Heather, Alison, Greg, and the rest of the staff made the process very easy, especially in the way they remained in contact by email and phone leading up to the day of my second and final appointment when I signed the documents. At that meeting, Alison explained everything so well it was all very easy to understand, including answering questions for my edification as I reviewed the documents. It was a smooth experience from day one. I highly and sincerely recommend Greg and his staff at WTPELF for estate planning. The only criticism I have is that they should include up to ten stars for their customer reviews.

I Highly recommend this firm to handle the probate process , as can be very complex to navigate. They were very responsive in a timely manner to any questions and concerns making the process less stressful. I’m glad my father had used them in his estate planning as it made a difficult time so much easier for our family to complete his final wishes.
