We were in the middle of the purchase of a new home and due to the jump in the housing market the builder was trying to push us out of contract due to our low purchase price and the now higher market value of the home. It was a very unfair situation for the buyer and a very greedy out look of the seller. As soon as we hired Lulich and were assigned Jenny Zeran as our attorney, the situation immediately took a turn. Jenny was amazing. She was attentive, responsive, and quickly became a thorn in the side of the builders that were treating us so unfairly. Just Fabulous.
