I don’t usually post negative reviews concerning products or services. Normally I just assume that is the best we can expect in today’s environment BUT this review is in response to the fourth request asking me to post a review of my experience with Lulich & Attorneys. Apparently, they will continue to nag me for a review until they get one. So, here it is. I went to their firm to have my will redone after the death of my wife. The first meeting went well and I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. I am not sure of her name as she did not offer her card nor did I think to ask for one. After I gave her all of my information, she advised me of the cost and I wrote a check in payment of the full amount. Within two days of this meeting I received an email advising me that my credit card (remember, I wrote a check) had been charged for almost four times what I wrote the check for. The heading on the email was from Lulich & Attorneys but the address on the bottom was in California. I assumed that this was another spam/scam email like we receive on a regular basis. I called the office and the person answering the phone listened to my description but seemed unconcerned. At first I thought she was from an answering service. She put me on hold for nearly five minutes and when she finally returned, she told me that (I don’t remember the persons name) was going into a meeting but would call me back as soon as the meeting was over. It has been several days and I have not had a return call yet. The next day I received another email, this time telling me that my credit card (which I didn’t use in the first place) had been refunded for the amount processed earlier. As a result, right now, I don’t have that warm comfortable feeling of confidence one expects when hiring an attorney. I hope the documents they are preparing for me are done with more care and accuracy than I have experienced so far. I hope that, in the future, the professionals at this firm do a more professional job performing their duties and returning telephone calls. I hope I did not make a mistake in trusting Lulich & Attorneys with my will preparation and being my legal representatives. As I said earlier, I do not usually submit bad reviews but they would not stop asking me to review my experience. Hopefully this is an isolated experience and that I will have better experiences in future dealings with them. UPDATE: My second contact with the office was professionally conducted. All my concerns were addressed and the documents were complete and accurate. I am satisfied with my choice of Lulich & Attorneys and will remain as a client.

Jordan Lulich and his staff are very knowledgeable. I Have worked with him on a few transactions for real estate closings, where he represented the buyer or seller and has been very professional and handles requests in a timely manner to ensure transactions close in a timely manner.

Lulich & Attorneys were very helpful in helping my family out in a difficult situation. They also had a great seminar for the Estate Planning.

Jennifer and Jayne were always available and very helpful. I felt very comfortable asking them whatever questions I had!
