Florida Bar complaint RFA 21-1275. Kevin D'Espies was personally involved with the removal, storage and sale of my boat (marital asset) to another attorney's office. He lied in court documents and knowingly obstructed my access to evidence. Another Google listing review by me, listed under Kevin J. D'Espies, gives further background on his unethical history.
Kevin, for nearly four years, you have affected my life: slept with my wife, stole my boat, aggressively approached me in court and maliciously initiated 10 felonies against me. Bring-it, anytime, anywhere!

I highly recommend attorney D'Espies. I wasted thousand of dollars over the course of 12 years paying unengaged and ineffective lawyers to represent me in a drawn out custody dispute with my ex-husband before I found Kevin. I was thrilled that he was able to successfully obtain the judgment I deserved. More impressive than the outcome though was the extent to which he took the time to really listen, understand and how he genuinely cared about me and my family!
