Very Professional, Humble and Straight to the point!

I HIGHLY recommend Kristopher Heaton with Burnetti PA. He has been the most understanding and helpful attorney I’ve ever spoken to although I’ve never had to use an attorney personally I’ve had to speak to them either through work or when friends have had to use an attorney and 9 times out of 10 they were all extremely rude and act like they are better than you and speaking to them is wasting their time. I have never felt this way with anyone I have spoken to at Burnetti. Anytime I have a question or concern it is always answered and I’m constantly updated with anything going on Alexis my case manager stays on top of any questions I have or issues that come up. I can’t thank you all enough for making a horrible situation a little better

Got hit by someone on my bike and tried to use this office. I told them specifically i didnt want my insurance involved since it wasnt my fault and i didnt want my insurance to be affected. I never told them my policy info yet they still submit claims to my insurance. There wasnt enough coverage on either policy so they dropped me and my insurance went up.

The community involvement that Doug and his teams gives is amazing! They are always "giving back" and truly care about their community. I also know someone that works there, and the involvement and caring isn't just "show" for the community, he truly cares about his employees and takes care of them in any way he can! If needed, I wouldn't trust anyone to take care of me other than Doug and his team!!
