I went for an initial consultation regarding my mother with whom I am her sole caregiver. I had many questions and Rep took the time to answer each one and provided guidance to help as I make decisions for her future. My wife and I went to one of Rep's seminars concerned about my mother in law and her dwindling assets at assisted living. The seminar gave great information with no pressure AT ALL to use their services. We had a follow up in person consultation with Rep. He reviewed our situation calmly and professionally. He really made us feel at ease. He recommended and gave us a new power of attorney. When asked by me directly about some other more extensive planning options, he clearly indicated these were not necessary. We left feeling much better about our situation with peace of min and a plan. A few weeks later I had a quick question about whether a particular annuity was an asset for VA purposes. Rep responded to my email the next day, a Sunday no less, with no charge. Great attorney and great office staff.

April was very thorough, patient, pleasant to talk to and was very willing to spend the time to explain things to me (36 min). She provided attention to detail cruising through several governmental websites in order to try to figure out my situation regarding my deceased parent's as if it was her own personal matter to deal with.
