In December of 2021, I was pulled over on Route 19 and subsequently given a sobriety test as the officer claimed I was “under the influence of marijuana.” After passing every one of the officers' tests, I was still arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana and taken to jail. Once I got out, I sat down with many lawyers and outlined what had happened that night hoping they would be as determined to prove my innocence as I was. Unfortunately, they were not. All of them merely entertained the idea of fighting the charges for the sake of the sale and pushed for me to use the drop program to be done with it. I continued my search for the right lawyer, eventually finding Attorney Reep. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and eager to get the discovery to review the facts of my case. I immediately hired him, and we began working together to prove my innocence. Throughout the entirety of the case, he was patient with answering all of my questions, and educating me on my rights and on the laws involved. September 15, 2022 was the date of the trial, and Attorneys Reep and Stubbendorff represented me perfectly. During the cross examination of the arresting officer, Attorney Reep dismantled his case, boiling it down to what it really was, an arrest made purely on the odor of marijuana. The cross examination of the toxicologist was handled by Attorney Stubbendorff, who made it overwhelmingly clear to the jury that the presence of marijuana metabolites in my urine was not sufficient proof that I was under the influence that night. After my testimony, Attorney Reep delivered the closing statements, putting the final nail in the coffin in the prosecution's case. I went home that day a free man. I owe a big thank you to Attorneys Reep and Stubbendorf, whose diligent work should set the standard for legal representation on DUI and marijuana possession cases. If you have unfortunately found yourself in a similar situation, I implore you to hire them.

I had a wrong tag violation that carried potential criminal charges and Justin Reep took care of it like it was nothing! Every charge dropped not even point on my license, and that's on top of cutting the fine to nearly 20% of the original amount I had to pay.
