I have known Ron for many years and when I needed some help in the courtroom he was there for me, went straight to the issue and resolved the problem effortlessly with his years of experience.

I didn't want to hire a lawyer after I got in an accident. But as my medical bills racked up, and I had difficulty juggling therapy, pain, career, marriage, and kids... a friend sternly told me, "you really need to talk to Ron Croft. He helped my wife and I. He'd help you, too." I looked at other lawyers, but wasn't comfortable. There is no comparison when you see past the smoke and mirrors. My family even tried to convince me I should negotiate with the insurance companies myself to save the lawyer's fees. I still wasn't comfortable. I ended up hiring Ron on the spot, and I was so glad I did. I started to drop those balls in my life, and he was there every step of the way to make sure he understood the changes, and how they could affect my case. We weren't all about "making money off of the accident." And he's not that type of lawyer. However, he got me what I deserved and what I needed to recoup after getting my life back on track, which was a good amount after all other expenses were paid. His office even negotiates to get medical bills reduced, which astounded my husband. In the end, Ron recommended we accept the settlement offer and not go to trial. But, if I had wanted to, he would have tried the case himself. Other lawyers stipulate in their contracts that if a case requires litigation, their clients would be referred to someone else. People like Ron. Personally, I'd like to have a person like Ron handle my entire case beginning to end. You never know what can happen or how things will go. My case was not as large as some of the cases he's tried (check out some of the verdicts and settlements on his website!), but I still got the personal service I expected. Justice was served. I felt fairly compensated for the past and more prepared in case things get worse in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Ron to my closest friends and family, as well as anyone in all of Florida. He's that good.
