I found E.J. Hubbs while searching for an attorney local to the south miami área. It was initially a convenience thing since I knew I could drop by the office with ease to talk the details of my case. I had called multiple offices prior, and even spoke to some attorneys on the phone about my case and they all quickly dismissed my problem because of the limited time constraint/predicament. The moment I spoke to Hubbs (the attorney), I was hopeful. He cared to listen, was honest, gave me his humble opinion, listed possible outcomes, and most importantly, he told me to come in because he thought there was a fighting chance. For starters, he has very nice and presentable office in south miami. I was greeted respectfully by his assistant and essentially didn't have to wait at all for my appt. He takes his and your time seriously. The moment I stepped into his office I knew I was in good hands and this was the guy I wanted to hire to help me. He was ready to work. He had a notepad, asked all the right questions and took interest in my situation right away. He had poise, unlike many crazy attorneys I've dealt with in the past that are a little nutty which also made you feel confident in hiring him. Major plus. Once hired, he communicated with me on regular basis, answered all the questions that would come to mind, and gave you the facts straight all the time so that you knew exactly what to expect. Whenever I'd go into his office for paper work, which in my case (immigration) was extensive- he had everything marked for you to sign. And went over every check box on the forms. E.J. Hubbs made what seemed to be a nightmare immigration case to many seem like breeze. My partner and I are extremely grateful. 10/10 would recommend !!!!!

Hubbs Law firm recently handled an Immigration case for my family. A loved one in our family had a very complex case and was being held in Broward County Transitional Center and faced deportation. On top of the already complex case, the judges at this detention center are known for being for deportation and extremely conservative. Despite this, they proved how knowledgeable and experienced they were by building a strong case, doing thorough due diligence, and strategically post poning court dates when necessary, so that in the end, they were able to release our loved one on bond and have her case transferred close to home here in Virginia. Their office is located roughly an hour away (without traffic) from the court house, so they went out of pocket to book hotels near it to ensure traffic would not cause them to be late. They always kept steady communication, giving us updates, plans of action, and answering any and all questions. Even after the fact, when it was all said and done, they inquired to make sure our loved one had gotten home safe and provided us with a lawyer here in Virginia to continue our case. Hubbs Law firm went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied not only as clients, but as a family as well. We cant thank them enough!
