Always fair and sees both sides of her cases, which gives her an advantage and ALWAYS put her clients first ! She may not win ever case; however she rarely is wrong in interpreting and predicting how the case is going to turn out ! !
I have referred several friends and family to Miss Toner; even though I've never had to consult her myself.
