I was promised legal paperwork prior to deploying. This deadline was missed and I've been deployed for 3 months now. Kenneth and his office have refused to answer my calls and emails. I've been requesting my retainer back for months now with no response. This has turned an already terrible situation into an even worse situation. Would strongly suggesting finding someone else to "look after you".

HAD SCHEDULED APPT AT 3PM THAT WAS PUSHED BACK TO 5, THEN 530. GOT THERE AT 530 TO SIT AND WAIT FOR 45 MINS... FINALLY LEFT AS WE HAD OTHER OBLIGATIONS-NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.
