From the start of my case he took me seriously. He kept me informed every single step there was NEVER a time I had to call his office to ask where my case stood. He provided me his cell if I EVER had any questions he was available and kind. No matter how many cases he was on and TRIALS he was in I felt like his ONLY client. I know how hard he works to make us feel this way it takes alot out of people but I could never tell he was ALWAYS Sunshine and Rainbows. One thing that blew me away was his memory of my case the small details I NEVER had to remind him. He cares, he is so kind but also so upfront and honest he isnt going to leave you in the dark. Honestly, I cant thank Jason Melton enough. At a time where my family was at a loss on what to do, being put in a tough spot by those that were just trying to take advantage, I can't imagine how we would make it through without you guys! Informative, Helpful, Supportive and nothing short of a family type of relationship is what we've experienced with them and I can't think of anyone better to have leaned on through our recent situation. Day 1. Contacted Whittle & Melton, LLC. Emailed them all the information I had. Day 6. After trying to wait paitently, I knew I had to follow up. This, after all is Florida, so I feel it's my job to make sure the people I am going to pay for are doing their job. Basically a little more concerned than they were at this point. I followed up, They said bring in the money!!! I IMMEDIATELY took the cash to them and received a receipt. Thinking: Any day someone will call......... Waiting...........(insert crickets here, maybe a trio) Day 13. Tried to call the office, (Once again, my job to follow up) during "regular business hours" all i get is the answering service. Now, I'm all for an impromptu office party. But please tell your answering service that No call will be answered on that day. No problem!! At least your clients know!! (At this time, you have been retained!!!) I am a client!! Please let me know what is going on!!! I take this seriously! Serious enough to pay for, and retain legal council !!! PLEASE CONTACT ME!! I'm just a stupid carpenter. But, I return a phone call. Or at least let people know why I cannot contact them at that moment. I'm busy. I'm up a 30' ladder and will call you later. I was just in an accident so I will be late. (My potential customer was my 2nd call after the accident) SOMETHING!! ANYTHING!! (Insert cricket quartet here) All these correspondences I receive, from the court, are time stamped and time sensitive. 2 weeks and I get the answering service. Are there a deadline here anywhere?? I want to say Thank U to Will and his staff for helping me when I did not think anyone would take my case , Will has gone above and beyond he is honest and cares , he listens . He is very quick on returning your phone calls ,he explains things to you so u completely understand what is going on with your case , I had a discrimination case and I am very pleased with the outcome I would highly recommend Will and his team !!!!!

Will fought for me like I was his family, he kept me informed of any changes, he persisted until we won. Most importantly, he listened to my concerns, thoughts and then provided counsel.
