I highly recommend the Whittel & Melton team. Everyone in the office was very nice and accommodating, but a special thank you to Prudence and Chris! When I fell a couple years ago injuring my back it was terrifying. Injuring your back is terrible, but especially at 29 when you just moved to a new state. But they, for a lack of better words, had my "back" the whole time. Though the process was long and not exactly easy they were there every step of the way, kept me informed, and always answered any questions I had.

I am super happy with my experience at Whittel & Melton! While the whole experience of being involved in a car accident was not enjoyable and everything that comes with that, the paralegal who was assigned to my case Jessica Lyons did an excellent job at keeping me informed. My attorney Tracee Ivins was exceptional at negotiating my medical bills to be able to get me the maximum amount possible. I only wish that Florida laws were different since she could only recover the amount of the personal injury protection and uninsured motorist. Kudos to Tracee and her team!

Attorney Melton called me himself and we discussed my case. He wasn't able to take my case but what was discussed was very informative and valuable. He then reffered me to a very capable attorney who will be representing me. I am very thankful Mr. Melton took the time to talk with me and helped me by connecting me to my new attorney. Miss Ivins our lawyer has been exceptional through the whole process. We never had any issues. Every time we call the office someone was able to answer our questions. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who is in auto accident. They will get the job done right the first time.
