Mr. Hanks was incredible! I had an arraignment and my anxiety was peaking the day before. I called my attorney referral benefit and found Mr. Hanks in my area. I called and frantically explained my situation, but Mark was able to calm me down and reassured me that he was willing to help. He pulled up my cases while I was on the phone and gave me a game plan of how he would handle the situation and that he would take care of everything.
