I called to inquire about a foreclosure on our timeshare vs. bankruptcy which is devastating to our family, non the less and after reaching out to EVERY attorney in the Tampa Bay Area, no one could help us :( Tammy called me from attorney Finn’s office and not only explained the Entire process and gave us options to resolve it on our own but also provided a layer of comfort and security I had been so desperately needing for the past several months. I Even called the timeshare exiting program recommended by Dave Ramsey and was left with a, “sorry, we cant help you.” I would recommend Attorney Finn’s office to anyone who is seeking legal counsel in exiting their timeshare/foreclosure. I can now sleep better at night thanks to them :)

I engaged the Finn law group to get me out of my time share with Pueblo bonito in Cabo Rojo, Mexico. They made it easy for me. My family used the Finn Law Firm to assist in existing our time share. In the beginning of the process, promises were made but never kept. We paid over $5,000.00 for representation and all we received from this firm was a letter sent to the time share company. For almost two years we had been trying to speak with the attorney and only spoke with the paralegals. I called and asked for the name of the attorney that was actually handling our case and again I received a paralegal. Finally, the attorney representing the time share company sent the Finn Law Group a letter for Deed in Lieu which they forwarded to us. I took it upon myself to call the attorney to find out exactly what was going on, only to find out that the Finn Law Group did absolutely NOTHING besides send a letter of representation. The Deed in Lieu is normal process for property that is going to foreclosure. This is something that we could have done ourselves. It’s enough that we lost $18,000.00 for a time share that was never available for use, we also lost $5,000.00 to this law firm that took advantage of my family!!!!!!

After being scammed into a timeshare we were past our 10 day recession period and realized how bad it was. When dealing with something like this and reading reviews and calling to find help for this situation you're not thinking straight and you can easily be scammed a second time by contacting the wrong group to help. Every timeshare exit company I called said they would have to acquire a lawyer so why not go directly to the source! I found the Finn Law group from an article that was written about timeshare scams, it wasn't an advertisement but a article that recommended this law firm. That is when I did my research and read Mr. Finn's story about helping a friend in the same situation and has dedicated his time to help others. After speaking with several of his office staff who are so knowledgeable in the law I was able to feel at peace that this situation would be resolved and it was! Within 6 months! Thankful for this firm and the great job they do!
