So even though I’m single with no children, I sought someone who would work WITH ME, helping me to consider alternatives for, to think through, and to set up legally effective arrangements. On a financial side I sought someone who would advise me about my home, my investments and other property in the event of mental disability and eventual death. I needed help to minimize my potential taxes and fees as well as understand my digital assets.
