Donaldson & Weston are one of the most professional, caring, and determined law firms I have encountered. As someone who knows little to nothing about accidents, they took the time to explain what was going on step-by-step. They kept me updated throughout my case and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend the entire team!

I was in a car accident and needed legal help. They were responsive and professional. Everything was explained to me in simple terms and I was able to pay my medical bills from the settlement they got me. They do use an answering service for off hours, so my advise would be to use their text portal to communicate with them if you know they are closed. I did appreciate that I was able to simply text all my medical bills, etc. to them instead of emailing. It saved a bunch of time. Overall great experience.
