I am grateful to Donaldson & Weston and specifically to Jack Sobel and Amanda Kawecki for their impeccable service and support. They have both been thorough, empathetic and effective. I have always felt very comfortable in speaking to them as they guided me through the entire process. They are definitely 5 stars!

I was unfortunate enough to need Donaldson and Weston twice!!! I was scared and felt guilty for seeking their help. They were very comforting and reassuring! I could not be happier with them!!! Both times They helped me immensely!!! Dante and then Amanda were professional, friendly, helpful, caring and I felt worked their hardest for the very best out come. They answered all my questions and took my concerns seriously. I hope I will not need them again but if I do there will be no question on who I will call... Thank you guys again !!

Amanda was more than amazing from even before day 1! She helped so much with our claim and truly went above to answer any questions and fight for our claim. She has truly been a blessing. She always answered our calls, day or night. She always updated us with any progress and made sure we were comfortable moving forward every step of the way. Everything was handled for us, including all the billing. Highly recommend Amanda! There can never be enough good things said about her!

Our experience with Donaldson & Weston has been outstanding. Not just because they secured a very fair result for us as a result of a automobile accident, but did so in an empathetic, friendly and professional manner. We dealt with the principals of the organization, as well as senior professional staff, who made it their jobs to keep us in the loop and connected with the process. Most importantly, the firm handled all the intricate billing, processing and payment details on our behalf. The first piece of advice -- don't have a automobile accident. The second -- if you do, use Donaldson & Weston to help you through it.
