What can I say I work with John and Samantha these guys made a stressful Process stressless John was extremely professional. I had no worries throughout this process. They reach out to me most of the time I very rarely had to call them and if I did it was because I had a question. Samantha was extremely helpful, and my go to for any questions regrading my case great customer service skills and very friendly. Thank you guys for all of your help. Amanda Kawecki Rocks!!! In fact the entire team is incredible. I had a very challenging case and found this firm on Google based on the reviews. I got attention and kindness to my sensitive situation immediately. Everyone was exceptional showing care, kindness, a professionalism from beginning to WIN! I know attorneys are known as winning cases or not but most don't get recognized for their ability to show empathy and excitement for the client. With Amanda and her asst. Maricruz Mendoza and anyone in between I felt like I was more than just a client. I felt like they really wanted to hear me and help me through a difficult time. I had a lot of stressors and definitely chewed off a few ears over the last year but never did I feel like I was bothering anyone in the firm. Amanda from what I can tell has a big big heart and from my successful win she is apparently superb at her profession. Just a little bit of insight. So apparently the law firms are aware of a judges decision prior to the client, however, they must wait until they receive a written tangible document before they can share the news with the client. Amanda literally called me as she was downloading the written confirmation from the judge that my case was fully favorable and I could hear the excitement in her voice. Like a friend she couldn't wait to share good news with me knowing how much weight would be off my shoulders and how much joy the news would bring. I was a little apprehensive of proceeding forward with a claim as I had waited some time before starting it. My accident happened a couple of weeks prior to COVID hitting and right before I moved. Some major life events happened to me during the next year including my mothers passing which had me move to the UK for 5 months for her last moments here and then the tidying up of her affairs. I was far from thinking of my own needs and I didn’t think with so much time passed anyone would take me seriously, but Donaldson and Weston did. They were compassionate and consistent. Listening to my concerns about my care and relentlessly working to help me find the right care for my particular needs. Working full-time and being a single Mum to my 3 yr old daughter doesn’t leave much time for self care even when it does get in the way of your day to day mobility. Regardless, Zak and George stayed in touch to help me with complete empathy for my trials. After several providers, I was getting frustrated that no one was paying attention to my ongoing concern of my shoulder. Each provider was focused only on my neck and although that was part of the issue, it wasn’t the only one. George found a superb shoulder expert who immediately diagnosed my injuries and began working on a solution. There is going to be a long road to recovery and now I have a light at the end of the tunnel. I no longer feel pressured or under scrutiny. George won a full compensation under the at fault’s insurance plan. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone. Zak, thank you for patiently sticking at it with me and George, thank you for your grace in listening to me and your unequivocal counsel.
