My daughter and her husband ran into a landlord issue while moving into their house. They were upset. I called my friend, Tom, for advice and he chose to speak to my daughter and her husband, going over all the details of their lease. He gave them sound advice which helped them resolve their issues quickly. Tom is very knowledgeable in questions and issues with renters leases. He also has a gifted way of calming down a tense situation with his clients because of his professionalism and expert knowledge. My family and I are blessed to be clients of Tom and also friends.
