Highly recommend! Highly trusted! Best all around!!!

I love everything about this law firm, and I have my second case with them. They have been nothing but fair and explained everything as it was happening. The one complaint I see in other reviews is lack of communication but I know there are long periods of time waiting on the back and forth. I will always comeback but hoping I don’t have too, and I always heard from someone in the law firm checking up on me after surgery. Aimee is great, Donna is great and everyone who works there has been great.

My experience was very lackluster. After initial call, communication was very poor. I could never get them on the phone and took several days or more to get call backs, which usually required several more phone calls from me. My follow up doctors appointment was cancelled, the doctor's office blamed the Law firm, the Law firm blamed the doctor and no further medical treatment was provided until I had an episode in which I had to seek treatment on my own. I still have not heard back about why and how this happened. It seems for others the experience was better, but for me, I feel I received sub par service/attention because my case was not lucrative enough.

Ms. Gleason was referred to me by a friend after we needed to fire our former attorney for treating my sister's case like her parental rights, after becoming disabled, were unimportant and optional. My sister was the primary caregiver of her young child when a medical tragedy struck. To give you a little insight into our last attorney, when I found out my sister's cancer had returned and was devastated and in tears on the phone with our former attorney regarding only that news for 15 minutes, she charged us her hourly rate for the call. It's not about the money, it's the lack of compassion. If it were only that fact and she was an effective attorney otherwise, I would have stayed with her anyway. That however was not the case. In contrast, Ms. Gleason's heart is not only in the right place (she cares for her clients as people and is a very compassionate person), she also knew the law much better than our last allegedly well rated attorney. Ms. Gleason was able to point by point explain the blatant mistakes/oversights that were made in the past that led to us having a negative judgement - which was based only on the opposing sides filings that were never responded to by our council. I am a professor; the former attorney was like the student that showed up to class without doing their homework, only in this case we would have to suffer all of the consequences. Ms. Gleason is the opposite. She has always made herself available to speak with us about our concerns, always explained the applicable laws at hand and has prepared herself in the events we have endured. To have such a smart and deeply caring attorney is a rarity. She is untraditional in the most meaningful ways that assists her clients in as positive an outcome as possible. She prioritizes her clients needs and goes above and beyond to get the job done. She has taken calls from us outside of business hours when necessary. She is always offering to help us think through the best ways to proceed. She is strong, smart and pragmatic. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

In my car accident Personal Injury case, they told me to simulate my injuries in order to extort more money from insurance, otherwise "the case wasn't worth of their attention". I run away! Thanks!

Im sure my experience is uncommon but I certainly had a bad one. Called this firm to assist me with an accident, they assured me of several things that they then went back on then proceeded to drop my case without explanation or assistance with a fair amount of dismissiveness in their tone. The way they handled this case left me coming out of pocket for expenses I was assured would not be there.
