My wife was run off a walking path by a luggage carrier at Club Med in Punta Cana DR on the first day of our vacation. She sustained a laceration inside her mouth that required stitches and other related injuries.. The vacation was destroyed. The management staff fully acknowledged it was their fault. However, after returning home the only offer they would make was a free stay. I sought out a few local attorneys in the Stuart area. All balked since the accident happened outside of the USA. That is until I spoke with Jordan Wagner. As a retired CEO of a manufacturing company I have had extensive dealing with all types of legal professionals, Jordan was a refreshing meet. He agreed to take on the case. During the two years it took to settle, whenever I would email him, within a short time, I would have a response. He kept us up to date on the progress and the best way I can recommend Jordan, is I would be pleased anytime to sit and have a beer with him. Professional, yes, but very comfortable to work with.
