After a life changing accident and the likeliness that no more than the minimum insurance payout would be collected, Kibbey Wagner was able to strategically position my injury case which was ultimately awarded SIX figures - well beyond any expectation. The icing on the cake was when Jordan Wagner and his team were able to negotiate and reduce my financial obligations for medical expenses further increasing my net settlement. I can't imagine what more any other firm could have done or even come close to accomplishing.
