THEY SHOULD CALL LANCE THE BULLDOG. I retained Lance for help on very complicated restitution case where the party receiving the restitution was not cooperative and continually refused to respond to our requests for information. After exhausting all efforts to mediate, Lance filed a motion to dismiss the case which was granted. He was extremely tenacious and always kept me informed each step of the way throughout the entire process. His staff was professional, always courteous, and responsive to my requests in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Lance to anyone needing an outstanding attorney. Lance Richard represented my son who was involved in a serious motorcycle crash and fractured his pelvis requiring major surgery and rehab. The driver of the other car was at fault but only had $100,000 in vehicle liability insurance. My son had none, although he was covered under my medical insurance. Lance masterfully negotiated the release of the $100,000 directly to my son for this lifetime of pain and suffering. Only a fraction of that amount had to be paid to my medical insurance company as a subrogation cost. Lance and his paralegal then provided guidance to my son and me on getting the medical bills, including the air transport bill, paid by my medical insurance company. Although Lance and I had to meet under bad circumstances he found a way to make a situation which has and will change my life forever. I was in a very serious motorcycle accident which caused fractures in my spine, I had to get back surgery which left me with permanent hardware in my back for the rest of my life, at 26 I never could of imagined this. After spending 8 days in the hospital I figured it would be smart to get legal representation as I have been taken advantage of in the past with less serious situations.
