Lance Richard represented my son who was involved in a serious motorcycle crash and fractured his pelvis requiring major surgery and rehab. The driver of the other car was at fault but only had $100,000 in vehicle liability insurance. My son had none, although he was covered under my medical insurance. Lance masterfully negotiated the release of the $100,000 directly to my son for this lifetime of pain and suffering. Only a fraction of that amount had to be paid to my medical insurance company as a subrogation cost. Lance and his paralegal then provided guidance to my son and me on getting the medical bills, including the air transport bill, paid by my medical insurance company. I would not hesitate to use Lance again and highly recommend him for personal injury cases.
