Joseph Gufford and Dianna are some of the lowest human beings I have had the pleasure of hiring to help my Grandmother and I. We paid him to do a job as an attorney and he tried to be a judge. He kicked off an entire situation that ultimately killed my Grandmother and l almost died from. We hired him to make sure that my grandmother would be safe and never in a guardian ship situation and that my grandfather's and her accumulated wealth what was left was going to stay in the family and ultimately go to me the sole living heir. He encouraged my father and his girlfriend who are both cocaine addicts and alcoholics who spent over $269,000.00 of my Grandparents money on drugs to abduct my grandmother from me and bring her back to Florida and instructed them to leave her in his office where he then called department of children and families Personally and had my grandmother taken from me. He willing to participate in a investigation against me for a ligations of money that him and his low life assistant Deanna kept referring to that was a home equity line of Credit that my Grandparents opened 10 years prior. Kristine Whare who made up this whole lie that Joe was more willing to believe than helping keep my Grandmother and I safe. Kristine is a Con-Woman that has been using men from Utah all the way to Florida where my father was her next victim. When I found out that my father had spent and taken all of my inheritance and my grand parents accumulated wealth and spent it on and gave it Kristine Whare I stopped everything with a trip to the bank and Joe's office I thought. She was able to Con Joe and Deanna into turning there sites on me with no supporting evidence only her words. I was being investigated which investigation came up with nothing. Nothing was ever proven and I was never charged. It costed me $70,000.00 to get back $49,000.00 of my inheritance and I was the sole beneficiary and always was the sole beneficiary of my Grandmother's Estate. I'm working with the State and my new Attorney to see that Joe loses the ability to ever hurt anyone again. He also will be going into a hefty lawsuit which I might offer him to go to a Mediation after he gets my Demand letter and loses his license. But the one thing I didn't have time to get back was my grandmother who was the innocent person that suffered dearly through this whole situation because of my sexuality preference and the fact that I am a good looking man that could have relations without money being my only asset to offer which fueled his personal grudge against me. My Grandmother died because of Tiffany Hall Nursing Homes inability to keep her safe and neglected her during the COVID 19 disaster. Yes, intend on taking Mr. Gufford to court and I intend on making the biggest sene from a call to the local news channel when the day comes Joe. How's that for stopping the tears from running down my face and changing my feelings of helplessness to be ready for war. Do you remember that day Joe? They day you said that nasty comment to me in your conference room? Well from that day till this one I have been waiting to show you what I'm really capable of with a very good Attorney. He is going to answer for everything that he did and didn't do for my Grandmother and I . My father died of an overdose in Kristine Whare's home and I lost my Grandmother and my inheritance. That's the only thing that Joseph Gufford accomplished with me and my family. Mr. Gufford you are a cruel heartless individual that I hope public humiliation and the fact a person dying in somewhere other than with her loved one really makes you think about what you do in the future. You owe me the biggest apology Joe and every cent we spent with you I want that back and I'm going to go for damages you have no idea anything and everything that the law will allow. And I want to see you try to prove that you're anything other than a piece of garbage and that individual Deanna that you have working with you trash bag.

The Gufford Law Firm is knowledgeable about family law. For the most part they are nice enough, as well. However, when I had a question about my case I was pretty much shrugged off by Joe. He told me that he was dealing with a trial and basically didn't have time, and that I should call at a later date for any changes/additions. I was quite put off by this. Honestly, it wasn"t what he said, because I could understand that he was busy but it was the way he said it. It made me feel that my case was not as important as his other case. This issue was not my only with the firm. I do not typically write reviews; therefore, I will not recommend either way. Do your own research. When considering The Gufford Law Firm, think "stereotypical attorney and firm." Idk maybe they are all the same?!?

We seem to be in the midst of the case that never ends. It’s been so nice having The Gufford Law Firm on our side willing and able to assist us with these seemingly unending obstacles.
