I came to the firm worried and apprehensive, to meet with Shaun Plymale, Esq, someone I have neither met nor known of previously outside of seeing him in my Google Search. I had spoken to other attorneys but after reviewing his credentials, experience, and then speaking with him over the phone, I decided I needed to meet with him in person. Upon finding his very conveniently located office and personally meeting Shaun, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. Shaun, met with me at 4:45pm making it possible for me to speak to him ASAP about my injury. He demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills and heard me out in my entirety. He allowed me to ramble, within reason, about other issues that he gave me some good advice on as well. In summary, we agreed that at this point I should wait and see what the insurer had to say to me first and then if what they said was unacceptable to me, that he would welcome my business. When he said, I had great respect and trust in him from that point on. No pressure whatsoever, even though I do have a decent case. Everything about him and the firm of people he works with, I believe, earns them to right to serve your legal needs. No matter what you do at least meet with Shaun before making any decisions to hire an attorney. His credentials and experience alone should put you at ease, let alone his candor and good character. For what it is worth, I encourage you to meet him.

WORST LAW FIRM!!!!! I contacted Treasure Coast Legal regarding an injury I had sustained. I initially met with Tim Tibow, Shaun Plymale's assistant. Tim promised everything and the firm delivered nothing. After 15 months of rudeness and nothingness from Shaun and his team, I was told "how lucky I was that an agreemet had been reached and Mr. Plymale was able to get my outstanding medical bills paid". I felt this offer was less than fair and I didn't accept it. I contacted another law firm for another opinion about my case. In 5 months, my new attorney had my case settled to my satisfaction and I received a check covering my medical bills and a fair settlement compensating me for my injuries as well.

We used this law firm for a realty matter. Very professional staff. A new deed was drawn and recorded in a timely manner.
