Spoke with Mr. Ferraro and he seemed like a lawyer that actually wanted to help from the start. Before last year I never had to deal with an attorney and I wish I had looked around. Defiantly would be my top choice. Hopefully I can work with Mr. Ferraro. I found them on Facebook. Every one I came in contact with in the office was nice and greeted me. And the receptionist was helpful too. I think no matter what hiring an attorney is going to be expensive. Hopefully I can get the retainer fee, and he can help me close my case.

Russ has a gentle approach but strong results. He is not mean and does not get the client overly emotional to justify his existence. He thinks about the case and is deliberate in his approach. He shoots straight about the likelihood of the expected outcome. His knowledge of the law and procedures is what really make a difference.
