I hired RJ Ferraro to represent me regarding 3 charges, 2 of which I was guilty, the third charge I was not. RJ Ferraro agreed to collect the evidence, evaluate the evidence and suggest a defense strategy. RJ Ferraro failed to collect the evidence in the case. RJ Ferraro claimed he attempted to plea bargain with the prosecutor, but he never collected the evidence in the case so he couldn't negotiate what he didn't know.
