Mr. Anastasio kept me calm during a rough custody battle. He was diligent and kept me informed every step of the way. He got me every concession I asked for.

I live in Okeechobee, FL. I spoke to every local possible representative here and was told they would do their best to get me minimal jail time and fines. I then spoke to Mr. Anastasio. After discussing my case he asked what my hopes or goals were. My goals were and with little to no effort from me were exceeded. He did it all. Yes, I paid him a fee. 75% less of what my fines explained by others would be. More important to me, I did no jail time (possible 3 yrs). Don't trust attorneys. Trust me. Through John's extensive experience and knowledge he was able to regain my right to drive again legally by vacating various serious offences. In a matter of months he was able to reverse a 5 year suspended license to being completely legal. Never thought I would see the day.

this attorney was the best at criminal defense in my case, I have had 2 DUIs prior for different reasons, and he did all the research/depositions/supeonas, necessary in the case to prove the state and the cops wrong, I was not drunk at the time, and he proved it............
