Kogan & DiSalvo took over my dad's automobile accident case from another firm. The difference was amazing. Kogan was very responsive and kept me in the loop as the case stepped through the process. My dad really needed the cash and the firm delivered for him. I must say, at first I was nervous. I have dealt with a few firms in Florida and on balance was not happy with them. Kogan restored my faith in Florida law firms! I highly recommend Kogan & DiSalvo for the times you need a law firm. Kogan provides first class expertise and an outstanding customer experience. My dad is a former marine and retired New York City police officer. Let's just say he isn't the easiest person to satisfy. He was very happy with the result of his case and my handling it for him. Thank you Kogan & DiSalvo for taking care of my dad and making me look like a hero to him. By the way, Nicole is the best!

I worked with Kogan & Disalvo for almost a year and a half while they were handling an auto claim for my daughter and myself. I worked mostly with Nicole during that time, she was the paralegal. She was in constant contact with me, even picked up my MRI CDs for me. :) I would definitely recommend them for anyone going thru a similar situation. For such a frustrating time, they were able to take the stress off of me and only called me when necessary.

I almost NEVER leave reviews but had to take a moment to share my experience with the Kogan & DiSalvo Law Firm. I was hit by a car that decided that stop signs and speed limits where "not for him!" I was hurt pretty badly and new that I needed representation because my Insurance company was less than helpful (and border line intimidating) right from the beginning. I actually did not know who to turn to so I called a couple of law firms that were referred to me and a few I saw on TV commercials (promising the world to anyone who would listen, geeze?) Anywhoo, I was appalled on how rude and non-compassionate they were on the phone and then I called Kogan & DiSalvo. Right from the start each and every person there showed me kindness, compassion and professionalism. Right from the beginning they gave me "peace of mind" and have been amazing in every way ever since. I often see their TV commercials now and want to tell everyone who will listen that these people are so wonderful and really do all of the hard work for you so that you can do what it takes to get better. I can't stop thanking Nicole (who works with Mr. Kogan and who has been my advocate from the start and who I now think of as a friend) because she has made this an almost pleasant experience (except for, well, the pain.) Thank you again and again and again Kogan & DiSalvo. You are really an amazing firm doing amazing things for your clients. I would recommend you to anyone who needs professionals to represent them while they recover from an accident.
