Mr. Kauffman was instrumental in our case. Mr. Kauffman assisted and guided us through the medical treatment and represented and provided guidance step by step. He made himself available 24 hours a day with advise or just kind words of encouragements. Mr. Kauffman fought for our case so we can get justice and recompense for our sufferings.

Some minor communication issues in the beginning but once these were resolved Dan and his team were great at communicating the steps of each process, being clear and concise, and keeping my best interest in mind.
