Our mother passed and lived in Florida and we needed someone to handle the property sale and probate court and she came through and helped us out with everything. Honestly it was like she was a part of the family, making sure that everything was done correctly and genuinely cared! Couldn't be happier!

Wendy is an excellent attorney—brilliant, efficient, and dedicated. I was very happy with the results of our case.
Her work was impeccable. In addition, she kept me up to date and treated me with respect and validated my opinion.
Without a doubt, she fought hard with each carefully drafted pleading and at each motion hearing.
I must say that amazingly, she did all this with the least possible cost to me. I shudder to think of how it would have turned out if I had retained a different attorney.

My family and I had an unfortunate long issue with regards to our estate because of a number of factors. Mainly the whole "money changes people" thing. Yet Wendy made sure the process was as easy and smooth as possible. She's is very knowledgable and trustworthy. She is somone I would definitely recommend for estate planning and probate matters. You will definitely not go wrong with Wendy as your Estate Attorney.

My first experience with Wendy was a few years ago when my mom and I wanted to create our will/trust. We were referred to Wendy and she was excellent. When my mother-in-law passed away, we had some challenges with her will/trust (established by another attorney) and Wendy was wonderful in helping us navigate the issues and settle her estate. She really made a difficult situation so much easier. She will absolutely be our first call for any future needs.

Before I was introduced to Wendy, another attorney said the probate process would take about 6 months to finish. A relative gave me Wendy's contact info. I reached out to Wendy, she said the process would be done in 2-3 months. The probate process was done in 3 months. Thank you Wendy!

My mother passed away in April of 2020 having property in Florida that was in an estate. Not being a resident of Florida, Wendy was referred to us to assist with our legal needs regarding the estate.
Wendy was completely professional and personal in all our matters and communications. She made this difficult time in our life and said legal matter very comfortable and without issue.
