Overall Scott & Wallace was great but I did experience a minor lack of communication in my case. But it was explained to me that was due to a team member that is no longer with the firm. I can also say that Kimberlee that dealt with the closing paper work and documentation was fantastic. She was extremely thorough, friendly, and informational. She explained all the documentation and made the overall experience wonderful.
