Nicole, who managed my personal injury case, was always quick to respond, really attentive, and had a cheerful nature while Carrie, who handled my workers' compensation claim was compassionate, friendly, and relatable. Sullivan was great she was always a call away she answered all of my questions and when she was out of office there was always someone else to step in and assist me. They were very quick and thorough Sullivan made sure that i not only got my vehicle fixed but she made sure i received my settlement. Also Kimberlee was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. When it was time for me to sign for my settlement she made sure I understood everything before signing.
