I highly recommend this firm for any and all of your legal and professional needs. Upon calling them when I needed representation, they immediately returned my call and began assisting me the very next day. They walked me through the process, always being available and answered questions I may have had or did not understand. Everyone affiliated with them was “extremely “ professional and courteous. They totally cared about all my concerns. If I could, I would rate them 10+ in all areas!!! I am very satisfied!!!!!

My husband and I went through Scott and Wallace when we were in our car accidents 5 years ago. My husband got t-boned as a passenger in someone's vehicle and 2 days later I was hit on my bicycle. I had Scott, he had Wallace. They took advantage of us completely. We were in our accidents in January and didn't receive our settlements until October. When we did get them they had taken over 50% of our settlements. We both had medicaid yet they sent us to a place for physical therapy that didn't accept our insurance. We were both 18 and had never had any issues like this so we expected them to actually help. When we got our checks, about $1,000 went to TLC Chiropractic. We got $3,000 and they got almost $5,000. When I told them it was unacceptable, we had agreed on 10%, and we needed to reevaluate, the receptionist said we could dispute it but it would take at least another 4 months. By that point, I was 6 months pregnant and just couldn't afford to wait any longer. They are crooks and are making a name for themselves with the money of struggling folks. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

My cousin got a really really bad review on this because they took over 50% of her settlement, warning for people got to look out for cuzzo

My experience with Scott and Wallace was very unprofessional so far as Representing their client.I had A mediation which the Lawyer forgot about until I called the office then to find out that the Clerk reporter had not been told so guess what. Then the opposing lawyer had to cancel because she had to pickup her son earlier that day. No one ever tried to talk to me about benefits that was stopped and NEVER reinstated to me. See if you not broken down twisted up mangled you WILL NOT WILL NOT get proper Legal help. Don't be fooled by advertisements or name's of Law Firm's it Don't work.

I wouldn't recommend this firm loloa anyone. The communication is bad, they withdrew from my case without telling me why and they didn't even 1wtry to fight for me.
