These guys are highly recommended, and with good reason! When I was in an accident a few years ago, (even though it was in a city 4 hours away,) Clint Wallace and his team were nothing short of exceptional! Not only are they the nicest people to work with, they are extremely knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering any of my 100 questions about the process, so I could better understand, which to me is very important! Clint made the whole suit as quick and painless as possible, and we had a very successful outcome! Thanks so much Scott & Wallace team!!

The way their office operates is customer service focused.The case manager, Tori, was always available to speak or respond to emails. The number one reason I choose Scott & Wallace because Mr. Wallace is not jugdemental of Black clients who do not have a lot money or education. I referred a friend who had serious head and leg injury after being hit by a car. Mr. Scott snapped up the case. No one wanted to take the guy's case because he was not the "ideal client". He has a drinking problem and was drunk during the accident. The guy was otherwise a very nice guy. I referred the guy that morning. I saw the guy that afternoon walking with with same clothes he had on for a least a week, basically stink with Scott Wallace Client folder in his hand. Two months later, Mr. Scott squared the guy away. Now, the guy reunited with his family and moved out of Tallahassee! Scott & Wallace is super straight! Oh I forgot, Mr. Wallace squared me away too. I love happy ending!!!

Had an issue with a horrible employer, I called in for advice, to see if I had a case for a law suite, unfortunately I did not, there are no laws against someone being an "A"-Hole. I was lucky enough to speak with Matt McNamara. I was really shocked and impressed that I received a call back rather quickly and even though I did not have a case, he gave my some direction and info that assisted me greatly. Each time I called, my call was responded to fairly quickly. Most Attorneys, you get a 72 hr or longer, turn around, but he seemed to be available and very helpful. Thank you. It made a horrible situation a little more palatable. Let's face it, no one likes not knowing or depending on someone else for answers, but Matt made it a little more bearable and I understood what I was dealing with. If I should need an Attorney, he's going to be the first one I turn too as he got zero dollars from me, yet gave of his time, was patient in listening and to answer and educate me on what I was dealing with and for that I am surprised and thankful. EXCELLENT attorneys and stellar support staff!

My nephew studied law with the two lawyers that make up this firm. When I was struck head on last year(2017) I went to them for representation because my nephew practices in a different state. I was very pleased with the results I got. I would and do recommend them, often.
